Application Process and Training:
Your application will be reviewed by Reach KC leadership to ensure the readiness of the small group leaders**. Reach KC leadership will also ensure that the group align with Reach KC values and principles. If rejected we will work with you to adjust your model or provide additional mentorship.
Approved small groups will be for 12 week sessions. Leaders must apply each time the lead a session. Small group leaders are required to attend small group training the two weeks before the small group would start.
**Leaders of Reach Group must have completed 201: Grow and be enrolled in 301: Serve the Growth Track.
